• Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout to all orders of £45 or more.

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

2. Dispatch Times

• Each piece of House of Saya jewellery is carefully inspected before shipping. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

• During busy seasonal periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), please allow an extra 1–2 days for dispatch.

3. Packaging & Security

To ensure your purchase is protected, all jewellery is shipped in discreet, secure outer packaging with luxury House of Saya branding inside. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your items are received safely.
